CrossFit Ingleburn is the original “BOX” (what we call a CrossFit gym) in Ingleburn, we’ve created a custom built facility, full of all the toys you need to participate in CrossFit. Bars and weights, Kettlebells, climbing ropes, Pull-up bars, boxes and bands, Loud music & HI Fives!
More importantly, we provide the most passionate and dedicated coaches to push you through each and every WOD (Workout Of the Day) We have turned Exercise into a sport. Our gym is very different to every other But what sets us apart, holds us together.

Our coaches are all developed in house. They train using our methods and are 100% team Ingleburn.
The coaches not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. We have all gone through the same journey of wanting to
start CrossFit, trying it out, getting addicted and we’ve then taken it a step further and made it our passion!
All of our coaches are full time trainers, we focus ALL of our energy on training YOU.
“Mick” has a deep background in Powerlifting, Weightlifting and strongman compettion. He transferred to CrossFit In 2010 to help round out his fitness in areas that weren’t up to scratch (Endurance and gymnastics) “Since the first WOD, Ive been hooked, I have maintained my strength and muscle whilst eliminating my Asthma and improving my liftestyle 1000%.”
Mick has vast experience from work as a Rugby league strength coach to training High school kids, mums & dads and everyone in between.
Mick holds certifications in CrossFit as well as being a qualified personal trainer, kids trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach and weightlifting/power coach
The workouts are always interesting and challenging… There is nothing quite like finishing an impossible workout or just learning a new skill and being high-fived in the process. The guys at CrossFit Ingleburn are awesome!
I enjoy the CrossFit community and camaraderie that is displayed at Ingleburn everyone is welcoming and are all there to help motivate you to get the most out of the workouts. I joined Crossfit Ingleburn in May 2015, and was hooked from the first session. After doing a Crossfit workout with Mick, it was clear that it was what I needed in order to reach my personal fitness goals and perform better physically at my job. Each session is challenging in it’s own way, however the results are seen quickly and are phenomenal.
Since joining CrossFit Ingleburn I have experienced multiple changes. I have lost weight, become toned and have had the frequency of my seizures reduce because of all the varied exercise I do.
As a coach Michael is very accommodating for those who cannot perform the workout as it is written on the board.
Mike has worked with me to allow me to still be involved in the workout just by changing a few exercises Due to the restrictions epilepsy gives.
He is approachable and supportive and CrossFit Ingleburn is like one big family.
