CrossFit Ingleburn is the original “BOX” (what we call a CrossFit gym) in Ingleburn, we’ve created a custom built facility, full of all the toys you need to participate in CrossFit. Bars and weights, Kettlebells, climbing ropes, Pull-up bars, boxes and bands, Loud music & HI Fives!

We are functional, efficient and intense. No gimmicks, No false promises, you get out what you put in! Though the workouts we do seem crazy intense, we do however use safe, proven methods to transform your fitness and provide challenging and motivating sessions that are unique to every visit.

More importantly, we provide the most passionate and dedicated coaches to push you through each and every WOD (Workout Of the Day) We have turned Exercise into a sport. Our gym is very different to every others but what sets us apart, holds us together.

The best thing about CrossFit is that you don’t need to be a motivated person. We will be motivating and pushing you through the workouts.

Improve Health

The benefits of CrossFit are well documented, improved health being the first of them so it comes as no surprise that this tops the list.

Lose Weight

There is an adage floating around that “you can’t be too rich or too thin.” This speaks to the New Year’s Resolutionists and how the season of excess leads to a few unwanted inches.

Look Better

There is a bit of a narcissist in all of us. If most people were to brutally honest, they would put this at the top of the list. This is more or less an extension of improved health. One of the natural extensions of getting healthier is looking better.

CrossFit Ingleburn is not your average gym. Our program is completely scalable and is suited to anyone from our first time beginners right through to our elite athletes. We run fast, jump high and lift heavy….. and you can too!

On any given day you’ll see a wide variety of members walk through our doors whether they be mums, teens, grandparents, athletes, defence force personal, police etc. The list goes on and we cater to absolutely anyone. Our proven functional training methods vary each day so we guarantee you’ll never get stuck in that boring old gym routine again.

The coaches not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. We have all gone through the same journey of wanting to start CrossFit, trying it out, getting addicted and we’ve then taken it a step further and made it our passion!

All of our coaches are full time trainers, we focus ALL of our energy on training YOU.

When We're Open

We have sessions 6 days per week
(even public holidays)

CrossFit Ingleburn runs “CrossFit” sessions 6 days per week that last 60mins each.

We also have time allocated for OPEN gym time so you can practice, catch up or play.

Inside each session you will be warmed up, shown and practice the movements for the day, do some strength work, some conditioning work and then cooled down and work on some flexibility before leaving that little bit fitter than when you came in.
